Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the educational qualification, age and other eligibility conditions prescribed for the respective apprentice discipline.

| Technician Apprentice | 3-year regular full-time Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics or Electronics. Minimum 50% marks for General, EWS and OBC-NCL candidates and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved positions. |
| Trade Apprentice | Matriculation with a regular full-time 2-year ITI course in the relevant trade such as Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic or Machinist recognized by NCVT/SCVT. |
| Graduate Apprentice | Regular full-time Graduate in BA, B.Com, B.Sc or BBA with minimum 50% marks for General, EWS and OBC-NCL candidates and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved positions. |
| Data Entry Operator - Fresher | Class 12th, but below graduation, with minimum 50% marks for General, EWS and OBC-NCL candidates and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved positions. |
| Data Entry Operator - Skill Certificate Holders | Class 12th, below graduation, along with a Skill Certificate in Domestic Data Entry Operator for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under the National Skill Qualifications Framework or another authority recognized by the Central Government. |
For Graduate and Technician disciplines, the prescribed qualification must have been acquired between 01.04.2023 and 30.09.2026. For Trade Apprentices and Data Entry Operator disciplines, the prescribed qualification must have been acquired between 01.04.2022 and 30.09.2026. Part-time, correspondence and distance-learning qualifications are not eligible.
