Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) 2026 notification is released by the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET). Candidates who wish to become teachers in primary (Class 1–5) and upper primary (Class 6–8) schools in Uttar Pradesh must qualify for this exam. The application form for this exam will be filled on 27 March 2026 and its last date is 26 April 2026

Eligibility Criteria for UPTET Online Form 2026 as mentioned above are as follows :

| For Primary Level (Class 1–5) | Candidates must have passed 12th with at least 50% marks and hold a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or equivalent qualification recognized by NCTE. Final-year candidates are also eligible to apply. | |
| For Upper Primary Level (Class 6–8) | Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories as per rules) along with a B.Ed, BTC, B.El.Ed, or equivalent teacher training qualification recognized by NCTE. Final-year candidates are also eligible to apply. | |
