| Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) | Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years of age as on 01.04.2026. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1998 and not later than 01.04.2006. Age relaxation is applicable to eligible categories as per SBI and Government of India rules. |
| Educational Qualification | Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government. Candidates with an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) must have passed on or before 31.12.2026. Final-year/final-semester graduation candidates may also apply provisionally, subject to producing proof of passing graduation on or before 31.12.2026. |
| Local Language | Candidates applying for a particular State/UT must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding the specified opted local language of that State/UT. Candidates who have studied the specified local language in Class 10 or 12 and produce the relevant marksheet/certificate will not have to appear in the local language test. |
| Ex-Servicemen | Matriculate Ex-servicemen who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force after completing at least 15 years of service in the Armed Forces are also eligible, subject to the prescribed conditions. |
| Other Conditions | Candidates currently working in SBI in the Clerical Cadre, and candidates who were earlier employed in SBI and resigned while in the Clerical Cadre, are not eligible. Candidates with adverse reports regarding character and antecedents or moral turpitude are also not eligible. |

Selection Process
The SBI Junior Associates selection process consists of an online Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and specified local language proficiency test.
