Full-time 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute with minimum 70% marks (Pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD). Higher qualifications like B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME are not allowed. |

| Diploma Trainee (Survey) |
Full-time 3-year Diploma in Survey Engineering OR Civil Engineering (with Survey as a subject) with minimum 70% marks. Higher qualifications like B.E./B.Tech are not allowed. |

| Junior Officer Trainee (HR) |
