Documents Upload Guidelines
Candidates must upload the required documents and provide the service and qualification details in the prescribed format mentioned in the official MSPSTET 2026 Rulebook.
- Upload the candidate's recent colour photograph, signature, and handwriting sample in the prescribed format.
- The photograph must be clear, have a white background, and be taken from the front with both ears clearly visible.
- Polaroid photographs will not be accepted.
- The photograph must not be more than 3 months old and should clearly mention the date of photography and candidate's name.
- The same appearance as shown in the uploaded photograph should be maintained during the examination, counselling, selection, and admission process.
- Candidates using spectacles for reading should have their photograph taken while wearing spectacles. Photographs with dark glasses will not be accepted.
- Keep at least 5 copies of the uploaded photograph for future use during counselling, selection, or admission.
- The signature must be made clearly below the photograph at the prescribed place. Short signatures, capital-letter signatures, or multiple signatures will not be accepted.
- Missing or unclear photograph, signature, or handwriting sample may lead to rejection of the application.
- The same signature uploaded with the online application will be valid throughout the examination, counselling, selection, and admission process.
