Eligibility Criteria

Court Manager (Group-B) Graduation in any stream with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from a UGC-recognized University/Institution, with 3 years’ experience in Process Management, I.T. Systems Management, Human Resources Management or Financial Management. Desirable: good knowledge of legal affairs and computer applications. Age: 25–35 years.
Clerk (Group-C) Graduation from a recognized University with basic computer knowledge, including operating computers/Windows/Linux and typing/printing. Typing test requires 30 WPM in English and 25 WPM in Hindi using Kruti Dev-10 font.
Stenographer Grade-III (Group-C) Graduation from a recognized University. Eligibility and selection are as prescribed under the Himachal Pradesh District Judiciary Staff R&P Rules, 2022.
Driver (Group-C) Matriculation with a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence and 3 years’ driving experience, subject to the requirements of the R&P Rules, 2022.
Process Server (Group-D) 10+2 / qualification prescribed for the applicable Group-D post under the Himachal Pradesh District Judiciary Staff R&P Rules, 2022, along with applicable State eligibility requirements.
