Candidates must fulfill the prescribed educational qualification, nursing registration, experience and age requirements by the last date of application.

| Staff Nurse – GNM Route | Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (G.N.M) from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute/Board/Council and registration as Nurse & Midwife in State/Indian Nursing Council. Two years experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital after acquiring the prescribed educational qualification. |
| Age Limit | Candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and should not be more than 40 years as on 1st July. SC, ST and OBC candidates of Uttar Pradesh may receive up to 5 years relaxation as per applicable Government of Uttar Pradesh orders. Permanent U.P. Government employees with at least 3 years of regular and continuous service in the relevant field may receive up to 5 years relaxation as per applicable rules. Selection Process
Selection for the Staff Nurse post will be made through the Computer Based Test (CBT) examination. The examination is objective type and the question paper is based on nursing knowledge with 80% theoretical and 20% practical knowledge.

- Negative Marking: 0.25 mark for each incorrect answer
- No negative marking for unanswered questions

- Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained and prescribed cut-off
- Selected candidates must undergo the required medical examination
