Eligibility Criteria

| Junior Judicial Assistant | Graduate from a recognized university/institution with typing speed of 40 words per minute on computer. No experience is required. Age limit is 18 to 27 years as on 01/06/2026. |
| Process Server | Matriculation or equivalent qualification. Alternatively, candidates with Higher Secondary qualification may be eligible with a valid LMV driving licence and 2 years of unblemished driving experience, as prescribed in the notification. Age limit is 18 to 27 years as on 01/06/2026. |

Application Fee

Selection Process
The selection process varies according to the post. DSSSB conducts the applicable written, descriptive, typing and shorthand stages and forwards shortlisted candidates to the Delhi District Courts for the prescribed driving test and/or interview.
- Tier-I Objective Examination
- Tier-II Descriptive Examination, wherever applicable
- Shorthand and Typing Skill Test for applicable posts
- Driving/Skill Test for Process Server posts, wherever applicable
- Interview for applicable posts
- Final Merit and Allotment
There is negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong MCQ answer. The minimum qualifying marks for Tier-I and Tier-II descriptive examinations are 50% for UR/EWS candidates and 45% for OBC Delhi, SC, ST, PwBD and ESM candidates, as prescribed in the notification. Normalization may be applied where required.
