The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the Constable PMT Admit Card 2026 for candidates who qualified in the written examination. Candidates appearing for the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) can now download their admit card from the official website. Applications for this exam were filled on January 11, 2026, and the last date for submitting applications (extended) is January 31, 2026. There are a total of 5,500 posts.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Candidates are required to undergo the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) as per the standards prescribed in Appendix-B of the Haryana Police (Non-Gazetted and Other Ranks) Service Rules, 2017, as amended from time to time.

The minimum standards for height and chest measurements applicable for this test are provided below.
